On December 18 Travelport made its online PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) referral tool, supported by SecurityMetrics, available to all Iata-certified agencies.
The Wizard Tool was launched by Travelport for the exclusive use of its agency customers and has now been opened to all Iata-certified agencies on request from the association.
The PCI DSS certification referral program gives travel agencies an online Wizard Tool to assist them through the self-assessment questionnaire process, helping them to obtain PCI DSS certification before the deadline on March 18. Multi-language and customer supports have also been made available.
“We are very happy to now make this available to all Iata agencies globally and provide them with the means to also achieve PCI DSS compliance,” said Alexandra Fitzpatrick, vp of Travelport Global Payment Solutions.
With the help of SecurityMetrics, Level 3 and 4 category merchants with fewer than one million card transactions annually can begin the PCI DSS assessment here: http://info.securitymetrics.com/travelport-pcidss-compliance
