SAA’s partnership with Ghanaianbased airline, Africa World Airlines

was made official at a ceremony

witnessed by Ghana’s Minister of

Aviation, Joseph Kofi Adda (right)

pictured with SAA ceo, Vuyani Jarana.

The Minister said the signing would

enable development in the aviation

industry and improve intra-Africa

connectivity. He said the two airlines

shared similar ideals, always putting

passengers first. “In this business,

passengers are king.” He said he

hoped to see the re-establishment of

a Ghanaian national carrier this year,

further boosting air activity out of

Accra’s Kotoka International Airport.
