RCI unveils loyalty match programme

04 Jun 2024
Comments | 0

The Royal Caribbean Group has launched a loyalty status match initiative across its cruise lines, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea. From today, loyalty members can enjoy the equivalent loyalty membership tier across all three brands.

The status match programme applies to members of Royal Caribbean’s Crown & Anchor Society, Celebrity Cruises’ Captain’s Club and Silversea’s Venetian Society.

The Royal Caribbean Group offered the following example of how this will apply: A member of Silversea’s Venetian Society with 250 Venetian Society Days has an upcoming voyage booked with Celebrity Cruises. They can enrol in Captain’s Club and connect their loyalty accounts, which will give them Elite Status with Celebrity Cruises.

Additionally, cruisers who belong to more than one of the three loyalty programmes will automatically have their accounts linked within seven days.

In the South African market, Cruises International represents Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, while Cruise Vacations represents Silversea.
