From January 1, African nationals visiting Rwanda will be issued with a visa on arrival in the country.
This will also apply to all African nationals transiting through Rwanda, says the government.
Entry visas can still be applied for online before travelling and still need to be paid for whether applied for online or issued on entering the country.
