Santam acquires TIC

Santam has acquired a 100% shareholding in Travel Insurance Consultants (TIC), effective July 3.

TIC has now become a division of Santam and will operate as a brand under the Santam licence. Jason Veitch has assumed the role of head of TIC, and will be supported by TIC’s management and staff.

All dealings with TIC and Santam remain unchanged.

Santam has acted as the underwriter to TIC since 1999 and this development will enable both companies to work together to provide an even better service to TIC’s business partners and clients.
