SAS adds new vegetarian menus

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is including more vegetarian options in its meal range.  Meals are based on seasonal dishes made from local produce and are prepared with ingredients of Nordic provenance.

Passengers can choose from cauliflower roasted in camelina oil with a Gotland lentil, black bean and beet-flavoured wheat salad or Hällestads mushrooms preserved in dill and horseradish with a rutabaga, Slätte Gård field pea, radish and Persula Gårds roasted turnip, rapeseed salad.

Travellers can pre-order a vegetarian or vegan meal in SAS Plus or purchase them in SAS Go.
