Silversea has introduced special-sector voyages for the South African market, which include voyages from both Cape Town and Durban to Mauritius as well as a short taster voyage from Cape Town to Durban.
Voyage 2401 is now available as either a full 12-night voyage from Cape Town to Port Louis from January 4-16, or it can be purchased as a shorter eight-night voyage from Durban to Mauritius from January 8-16.
Guests looking for a quick, getaway can also book the four-night sector from Cape Town to Durban from January 4-8.
Gaynor Neill, gm for Cruise Vacations, Silversea’s local agent, says she is delighted with the timing of the announcement of the sector voyage. “This is the time of year where clients are giving serious consideration to their end-of-year holidays. Early January is a very popular time for getaways.”
Fares are pro-rated with the four-night voyage starting from US$1 520 (R14 971) per person sharing a Vista Suite. Guests benefit from Silversea’s all-inclusive amenities such as ocean-view suite accommodation, butler service, all on-board meals, beverages, entertainment and enrichment programmes. Port charges and gratuities are included in the cruise fare.
