In a survey, 75% of suppliers said they had strategies in place to target corporate travellers directly, even with companies for which they were not preferred suppliers.
This Corporate Travel Industry Survey was conducted by eTNWs sister publication Travel and Meetings Buyer.
The survey further found that TMCs tended to overestimate how expensive their services were perceived to be. Other results showed a significant disparity between the way corporate travellers and travel buyers viewed a company’s travel policy.
