TOURISM Business Council of
SA ceo, Mmatšatši Ramawela,
has been asked to leave the
council, TNW understands.
Mmatšatši has spent
some time in the firing line
and was the subject of an
investigation last year. TNW
also understands that she was
not present at the council’s
AGM on June 21.
Board chairman Tito
Mboweni was unreachable
at the time of publishing.
He told TNW last year that
the investigation followed
allegations against the ceo
made by a former employee.
