TK suspends multiple routes

Turkish Airlines will suspend 18 routes across its network in May and June, including several in Africa.

Flights to Lusaka will be suspended after May 10. The airline operates this route as an extension of its Istanbul-Dar es Salaam service, however the Dar es Salaam schedule will remain unchanged.

The last flight of the Istanbul-Luanda-Kinshasa-Istanbul circular route is scheduled for May 1, while the last return is scheduled for May 3, according to Aeroroutes.

Other suspended international destinations include Aqaba (Jordan), Billund (Denmark), Bissau (Guinea Bissau), Ferghana (Uzbekistan), Freetown (Sierra Leone), Havana (Cuba), Hurghada (Egypt), Juba (South Sudan), Kirkuk and Najaf (Iraq), Leipzig/Halle (Germany), Libreville (Gabon), Monrovia (Liberia), Pointe Noire (Congo) and Turkistan (Kazakhstan).
