Two earthquakes hit Sumba, Indonesia, yesterday morning (October2). Bali, Lombok, Java and other parts of Indonesia are unaffected and services are running as normal.
Sumba lies 1 600km south of Sulawesi Island, which was
struck by an earthquake and resulting tsunami on Friday last week (September
28).
No tsunami warning has been issued after the Sumba earthquakes. There are no
details so far on any damage or casualties at the time of writing.
