Town Lodge Umhlanga is scheduled to open in July.
The 154-room property is on the corner of Umhlanga Ridge Boulevard and Meridian Drive in Umhlanga Rocks, and is near the beach, Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Durban, and a 15-minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.
It is close to sister properties, the 168-room City Lodge Hotel Umhlanga Ridge and the 125-room Road Lodge Umhlanga Ridge.
Facilities include rooms for disabled guests, two boardrooms, a swimming pool and parking bays for 110 cars.
