South African-headquartered online travel agent Travelstart has launched Travelstart+ – a new subscription service for the travel industry that promises its users exclusive benefits and offers.

Subscribers pay R195 per month during their annual subscription and that allows them to plan travel using nothing more than a mobile device while affording them a number of benefits, such as:

  • Exclusive discounts
  • Travel vouchers
  • Complimentary upgrades
  • Cashbacks
  • A 24/7 concierge service
  • R5 000 travel credit upon sign-up

“With Travelstart+, we’re offering real instant rewards and benefits. It’s a priority perks programme and an upgraded, more sophisticated way to travel. Our commitment is to elevate your journey, making it extraordinary from takeoff to landing,” says Travelstart’s Founder and CEO, Stephan Ekbergh.

Customers who recently joined the programme have also received members-only deals offering up to 50% off local flights.

The Travelstart+ subscription can be accessed through the Travelstart app, which is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

“Travellers are increasingly leaning towards a simplified, all-in-one process that facilitates the best holiday and business trip bookings with ease, and Travelstart+ absolutely delivers,” Ekbergh concludes.
