The Travel Corporation has expanded its online platform, My Travel Portal, allowing agents to ensure a reasonable duty of care for each traveller in one centralised platform.
My Travel Portal 2.0 allows agents access to travellers’ emergency contact details in a timelier manner and travellers’ personal preferences to ensure that agents can tailor trips to specific tastes.
Additionally, travellers and agents travelling with Insight Vacations in 2019 will now be able to access the newly optimised Travel Portal, joining sister brand Trafalgar, which launched the portal earlier this month.
Luxury Gold, CostSaver, Contiki and Uniworld will also be rolling it out in the coming months.
