Air France-KLM has announced its partnership with Tourvest Travel Services that will see it providing Tourvest’s travel and expense management platform, TravelIT, with NDC Direct Connect.
“Today is a special day for us at Air France-KLM in South Africa as we officially go live with NDC Direct Connect in partnership with Tourvest Travel Services. This marks a significant milestone as we become the first in Africa within Air France-KLM to implement a direct connection system,” said Wilson Tauro, Country Manager for Air France-KLM.
NDC Direct Connect is an API that will allow TravelIT to create tailored offers based on NDC content for its clients.
“NDC is set to revolutionise the travel industry, offering our joint customers rich content, a seamless and personalised booking experience. Travellers will now enjoy real-time availability, targeted offers, and a smoother booking process… As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we’re filled with anticipation for the innovative journey ahead,” said Tauro.
