Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled the entertainment line-up for Norwegian Aura, which will debut in May next year with a new production celebrating Whitney Houston.
The 45-minute ‘Whitney: A Celebration of Whitney Houston’ will be staged in the three-storey Aura Theatre & Club and will feature live vocals, a live band and visual effects.
The ship will also debut ‘ILLUMINOX: Infinite Wonder Unboxed’, combining illusions, acrobatics, music and visual effects, as well as live music collective ‘The Vinyl Republic’. Adults-only cabaret and circus production ‘LunaTique: Pop Circus’, which debuted aboard Norwegian Luna, will also be included in the line-up.
Norwegian Aura will sail its first voyage on May 21, 2027, a seven-day Mediterranean itinerary from Trieste to Barcelona. A 13-day transatlantic sailing to Miami will follow before the ship begins seven-day Caribbean cruises from Miami in June.
