Windstar Cruises will sail 10 different itineraries with four yacht-style ships in the Caribbean and Latin America for winter 2026/2027, with first-time shore excursions and new cruise tours to Machu Picchu.
In Latin America, Windstar will introduce a tour that combines Machu Picchu with its seven-night Costa Rica & Panama Canal itinerary. The five-night pre- or post-cruise package features a guided tour of Machu Picchu, a roundtrip Vistadome train ride and visit to Cusco.
Windstar’s Star Legend, Wind Star and Star Pride will sail in the region. Highlights include:
- Daylight transits in the Panama Canal narrated by onboard experts.
- Snorkelling with giant manta rays and paddling alongside dolphins as part of the Panama Canal, Cartagena, San Blas Islands & More itinerary.
- Visits to Manuel Antonio National Park, a guided boat tour through mangroves and sailing a catamaran along Playa Flamingo on Naturally Costa Rica voyages.
Star Seeker will debut in the Caribbean during winter 2026. Wind Surf, Star Pride and Star Legend will also sail a variety of seven-night itineraries in the Caribbean.
New Caribbean shore excursions include rum tasting in Puerto Plata, visits to the caves and mangroves of Haitises National Park, snorkelling in the Tobago Cays and a French Creole cooking and mixology class by a local chef in Marigot.
