Work begins on RCI’s new Miami terminal

Construction is officially under way at Royal Caribbean Group’s new dedicated cruise terminal at PortMiami.

The new facility, Terminal G, is a joint venture between PortMiami, Miami-Dade County, Royal Caribbean Group Lermarte-NV2A Joint Venture, as well as Perez & Perez Architects & Planners.

The single-berth terminal will have capacity to accommodate 7 000 passengers. It includes a multi-level parking garage, intermodal facility, and other key infrastructure designed to support large cruise ships.

The project is slated for completion in late 2027.
