Turkish Airlines has sent out a notice to agents saying that all ADMs raised for churning and inactive segments (Hx ADMs) between January 1 and October 15, 2020, will automatically be reversed.
The carrier further said that if agents had already paid these ADMs, they would automatically receive a credit in the form of an ACM in the BSP.
Turkish said this applied only to ADMs already raised and, in future, all ADMs would be treated normally.
