FlySafair has notified Travel News that its name-change policy for GDS bookings has not changed, contrary to a report in yesterday’s publication.
Travel News reported yesterday that the airline would now not allow name changes facilitated by agents on GDS bookings.
But FlySafair says this is not quite correct as it has never allowed name changes on GDS bookings and while the GDS might allow it, the FlySafair fare rules do not permit name changes.
So, much like any infringement of fare rules, this will attract an ADM.
