Delta gives pax more flexibility

Delta is extending customers’ ability to plan, re-book and travel for up to two years.

Tickets usually expire one year after purchase but the airline has waived change fees until May 31, 2022, for passengers who booked before March 1 for travel in April and May 2020.

“This also applies to passengers with existing eCredits or cancelled travel from flights in March, April or May 2020,” the airline said in a statement.

New tickets purchased between March 1 and May 31, 2020 can be changed without a change fee for up to a year from the date of purchase.
