Europcar has opened a bigger branch in the Sandton CBD to cater for demand.
The larger kiosk is located diagonally opposite the Gautrain station at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and offers ‘Ready Service’, where pre-registered customers can bypass the normal counters and receive their keys without having to fill in any paperwork or having to wait in queues.
“With the introduction of the Gautrain, traffic into Sandton has steadily increased and Europcar took the decision to move to a bigger space in the hotel to cater for the volumes of both business and leisure and travellers arriving into the hub,” said Dawn Nathan-Jones, CEO of Europcar.
Express Ready kiosks are also located at Lanseria, OR Tambo, Cape Town and King Shaka international airports.
