Off the Map Travel, a tour operator specialising in creating unique travel experiences for Iceland and Scandinavia, has launched ‘Savouring Swedish Serenity’ – a new itinerary centred on wellness and mindfulness.

A stand-out feature of the four-night itinerary is the ‘Lady of the Mine’ spa experience, a unique offering in an underground cave that blends hot and cold therapies to produce rejuvenating results.

“This new exclusive itinerary allows you to truly disconnect from daily distractions – the best way to reconnect with yourself and with the benefits of nature,” says Off the Map Travel on its website.

The experience is priced at £9 999 (R236 500) per person and is inclusive of accommodation, meals, ground transfers and the itinerary’s excursions.
