Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce its Culinary Arts Kitchen on Seven Seas Prestige, debuting in December.
A total of 64 Culinary Arts Kitchen Classes and 25 Epicurean Explorer Tours will be available across the ship’s sailings until March 2029.
The Culinary Arts Kitchen provides everything required to develop and elevate culinary skills, with 18 teaching stations equipped for guests to learn culinary techniques, ranging from knife skills to recipes under the guidance of chef-instructors.
Guests can further immerse themselves through Regent’s Epicurean Explorer Tours. Chef-instructors will guide small-group tours through local markets, sampling food, or enjoying cuisine in Michelin-star restaurants.

- Cocina Latina: Guests can enjoy recipes and cocktails inspired by Latin America, featuring flavours that have helped position the region’s cuisine as a global favourite.
- Australia Through the Ages: Explore Australia’s culinary history, from indigenous flavours to the influence of British, Chinese and European migration on fusion cuisine.
- Journey Across the Mediterranean: The class celebrates signature dishes from France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Spain and Turkey.
Epicurean Explorer Tour highlights:
- Chef-led Market Tour & Tapas in Bilbao: The group travels into Bilbao, exploring the gourmet shops, enjoying Basque-style tapas and the region’s famed sparkling white wine.
- Chef-Led Gastronomy Tour & Tapas Lunch in Barcelona: Guests will visit Palma de Mallorca’s Olivar Market. The group will travel to a family-owned farm that produces olive oil learning about the cultivation and production process before a tasting.
