Royal Caribbean has taken delivery of Legend of the Seas, the third Icon-Class ship in its fleet, debuting in July.

The delivery is part of the company’s long-term agreement with Meyer Turku, which includes the order of Icon 5 to be delivered in 2028 and the sixth and seventh Icon-Class ships to be delivered in 2029 and 2030, respectively.

Legend of the Seas will offer an extensive line-up of dining, entertainment, activities and accommodations including:

  • Royal Caribbean’s most dining at sea with 28 options. New experiences include Hollywoodland Supper Club, Royal Railway – Legend Station, and AquaDome Market.
  • Entertainment spanning stage, air, water and ice, with productions such as Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and America’s Got Talent LIVE.
  • Seven pools and dedicated water experiences for all ages, including Royal Bay, Splashaway Bay, Baby Bay, The Hideaway and Swim & Tonic swim-up bar.
  • Crown’s Edge, a part skywalk, part zip line experience, mini golf, rock climbing, Category 6 waterpark, the FlowRider surf simulator and more.
  • The open-air Central Park, lined with more than 30 500 real plants, restaurants and live music.
  • A redesigned three-storey Family Townhouse, featuring a slide, dedicated entertainment spaces and rooms for the whole family.
