Relais Hotels and Avis renew partnership

THE ‘Relais Hotels and Avis’ partnership is entering its second year. The partnership enables Relais Hotels to offer stay-drive packages to its guests with preferential car rental rates and convenient point-to-point transfers. Relais Hotels’ loyal Privileged Guest Card members receive Avis preferred status, which means never having to sign a car rental agreement again. The preferred status also ensures that Avis outlets around the world will recognise a guest’s preferred car group at the mention of his name. Relais Hotels ceo Alan Romburgh says that having reviewed the results of the partnership, he is excited about the possibilities in store for 2005. (Dorine Berger)
