Robben Island Museum has suspended all tours until April 16, in compliance with the nationwide 21-day lockdown. It will however, provide a virtual tour experience.
Visitors can download the Robben Island Museum app on Google Play Store and App Store, or use this link to access virtual tours.
Visitors who have already bought tickets for a tour can email requests for a refund. Cash refunds will only be processed at the Nelson Mandela Gateway ticket sales office once operations resume.
Customers can self-refund or re-schedule tickets on their Webtickets profile to the next convenient date, dependent on availability and the status of the suspension of tours.
