Silversea has introduced three new fare types:
- All-inclusive-plus fare: When opting for this fare on oceangoing voyages, guests can receive shore excursion credit (determined by the length and region). Expedition voyages will continue to offer included shore excursions and other customary inclusions. The deposit is refundable.
- All-inclusive fare: Exclusively available on oceangoing voyages. This fare offers guests the flexibility to purchase shore excursions à la carte, allowing them to pay for the excursions they want, either before the cruise or on board. The fares require a non-refundable deposit.
- Last-minute fare: Available on selected oceangoing and expedition voyages within five months of departure. The fare deposit is non-refundable and the total amount must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Silversea is also improving its shore excursions, allowing guests to personalise their experiences. Land experiences will include:
- Highlight Experiences: seamless tours of iconic sites
- Signature Experiences: smaller tours, crafted by Silversea
- Private Experiences: exclusive tours for a group of guests
- Custom Experiences: tailor-made tours
- Overland Experiences: two-/three-day mid-cruise inland tours on selected voyages
