launched TC Rewards,
a programme that
motivates franchisees to build
successful travel businesses.
Each Travel Counsellor has
access to the TC rewards
system through their TC
intranet system.
Travel Counsellors are
rewarded by following
prompts made through the
TC Rewards system, which
are designed to enhance
the traveller’s experience
throughout their journey as a
TC customer.
The TC earns points on
executing the prompts. These
points are accumulated and
can be redeemed for a host
of benefits TCs can use to
invest in their business,
such as familiarisation trips;
marketing materials; and
accommodation for annual
company events.

The rewards scheme has
been rolled out across the
company’s offices in South
Africa, the UK, Ireland, The
Netherlands, Belgium, Dubai
and Australia.
