Lufthansa signs up for Travelport Rich Content
LUFTHANSA has joined the Travelport Rich Content and Branding
solution, which displays airlines’ fares, ancillaries and brand
proposition to travel agencies. It includes rich product descriptions
and graphics, optional or ancillary products for sale, including
fare families, as well as ‘the next product/price point up’ offers
to encourage more upselling. In collaboration with Travelport,
Lufthansa can now provide travel agents and travellers with a more
detailed understanding of Lufthansa’s services, fares and ancillaries
Etihad launches Dreamliner on Singapore route
ETIHAD Airways has launched the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on
its Abu Dhabi-Singapore route. Flight EY470 departs Abu Dhabi
daily at 22h00 to arrive at Singapore’s Changi Airport at 10h15
the following morning. Return flight EY473 departs Singapore for
Abu Dhabi at 20h10 to arrive at 23h45. The Dreamliner carries
235 guests – eight in first class, 28 in business class and 199 in
economy.
