CTIA – quicker queuing at passport control
CAPE Town International Airport has spent R4,7m upgrading and
relocating its passport and border control area at international
departures. It is closer to the international departures duty-free area
and comprises 14 new counters for airport staff. An automated
queuing system helps manage queues and turnstile gates to ensure
airport staff and passengers proceed separately.
