SAX adjusts Mahikeng schedule
SA EXPRESS has implemented a schedule change to the
Johannesburg-Pilanesberg and Johannesburg-Mahikeng
routes, effective December 1. The flights no longer combine
the two destinations and now operate direct routings.
Previously, the Monday, Wednesday and Friday flights from
Johannesburg to Pilanesberg operated via Mahikeng and the
flights from Johannesburg to Mahikeng flew via Pilanesberg.
Flights SA1121, JNB-MBD-NTY-JNB, and SA1125, JNB-NTYJNB,
will be replaced with the following new flight numbers.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays the morning flight,
SA1123, departs Johannesburg at 07h10 and arrives in
Mahikeng at 07h55. Flight SA1124 departs Mahikeng at
08h20 and arrives in Johannesburg at 09h05. The second
flight on those days, SA1127, departs Johannesburg at 16h25
and arrives in Mahikeng at 17h10. Return flight, SA1128,
departs Mahikeng at 17h30 and arrives in Johannesburg
at 18h05. On Mondays and Fridays, SA1131 departs
Johannesburg at 12h30 and arrives in Pilanesberg at 13h05.
Return flight SA1132 departs Pilanesberg at 13h40 and
arrives in Johannesburg at 14h15.


Etihad adds new route in Africa
ETIHAD Airways is increasing its presence in Morocco with the
launch of a new twice-weekly service between Abu Dhabi and
Rabat. Scheduled to start on January 15, the new service will
operate on Wednesdays and Fridays using a 240-seat A340-
500 with 12 seats in first class, 28 in business class, and
200 in economy class. Flight EY615 will depart Abu Dhabi at
10h00 and arrive in Rabat at 15h15. Flight EY616 departs
Rabat at 20h00 and arrives in Abu Dhabi at 07h25 next day
