re-joined Tintswalo at
Waterfall, Johannesburg, as
gm. He previously worked at
Tintswalo Safari Lodge. His
career path led him back to
Tintswalo at Waterfall, where
he excelled in the role of
executive chef.
Gabriel Harkin has
been appointed the new
executive chef of Tintswalo
at Waterfall. Born in Belfast,
Northern Ireland, Gabriel
has worked in Guernsey
and around America before
he moved to South Africa
in 2004.
