Oceania Cruises has revealed its end-of-year holiday sailings for the next two years, including two festive getaways departing from Cape Town.

Voyages for December 2024 to January 2025 include the Colonial Crowns cruise, travelling from Cape Town to Singapore on the Riviera from December 11. The 32-day sailing will explore the East African coast before heading to Asia. Guests will spend Christmas Eve in Madagascar and New Year’s Eve on a beach in the Maldives.

For festive cruisers there’s also the Indian Ocean Opus, a 24-day cruise from Cape Town to Singapore. Travellers on the Sirena will visit remote islands in the Indian Ocean, calling at Thailand and Malaysia before spending Christmas Day in Kuala Lumpur.

Guests spending the festive season on an Oceania cruise will be greeted by Christmas carollers on embarkation in Cape Town and can experience nightly lighting ceremonies throughout Hannukah at the ship’s menorah. The ship will also host New Year’s Eve celebrations with complimentary champagne, beer and wine.

“There’s no better place to spend the holidays than in your home away from home aboard our beautiful ships,” said Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises.

Oceania Cruises is represented by Cruises International in the South African market.
