Costa and Trenitalia launch Rail&Cruise
COSTA Cruises and Trenitalia have partnered to offer guests
transfers to ports of departure and arrival. With ‘Rail&Cruise’, clients
can purchase holiday packages that include, as well as the cruise,
train tickets with special fares on Trenitalia’s Frecce. Costa’s guests
travel in reserved coaches and benefit from services included in the
price, such as door-to-cabin baggage transport; return station-port
transfers; Costa assistance at the departure station and on-board;
and baggage insurance. Rail&Cruise will be available until the
end of 2015 at Frecciabianca, Frecciarossa and Frecciargento, on
connections serving Naples, Civitavecchia, Bari, Venice and Trieste,
ports of embarkation for Costa Cruises in the Mediterranean.
Celebrity Cruises partners with ‘foodie’ site
CELEBRITY Cruises has partnered with the food and recipe website,
Great British Chefs.com. The website has over 100 featured chefs
with 120 Michelin stars between them. It inspires food lovers with
a vast selection of recipes, tips and how-to videos. The six-month
partnership offers Celebrity Cruises the opportunity to share its
culinary expertise with users of the website who have a passion for
food and cooking. The campaign will showcase a variety of recipes
and ingredients from a number of global destinations, all inspired by
cities, towns and harbours on offer from a Celebrity Cruises holiday
