Certified Hotel Administrator
designation by the American
Hotel and Lodging Educational
Institute. The certification is
considered the most respected of
its kind that can be awarded to a
hotel gm or hospitality executive.
During his 26 years in the
hospitality industry, Wayne has
managed various departments in
leading hotels.
“I have always wanted to be a
Certified Hotel Administrator,
just like some people want to be
pilots or lawyers,” says Wayne.
