SAA recently made T2 at Heathrow its new home. The grouping of Star Alliance airlines
in one terminal will make it quicker and easier for passengers to catch connecting
flights. SAA’s head of marketing, Kim Thipe (pictured here) says her favourite part is the
enhanced shopping experience. A personal shopping lounge lets passengers browse, try
and purchase a specially curated selection of products from a private consultation suite.
There are also airport store firsts such as John Lewis.
