Proflight Zambia will suspend its Lusaka-Harare flights, effective January 29. The service is expected to resume on March 1.
“We regret to announce that due to the current situation in Zimbabwe and ongoing challenges with the repatriation of funds from Zimbabwe, we are temporarily suspending our Lusaka-Harare route effective January 29 until March 1. All passengers will be refunded in full for tickets purchased for travel during this period,” says Proflight Director of Government and Industry Affairs, Philip Lemba.
From its base in Lusaka the airline’s domestic routes include Livingstone, Mfuwe, Lower Zambezi, Kalabo, Ndola, Solwezi and Ndola-Solwezi and regional routes to Lilongwe in Malawi, Durban in South Africa, and Harare in Zimbabwe.
