SVS International, a visa acquisition
service launched at the beginning
of this year by Serendipity
Worldwide Group (SWG), will open a
Cape Town office in December.
Plans are also afoot to open offices
in New York, India and Dubai over the
next few months, says Dinesh Naidoo,
group operations director of SWG. SVS
International already has offices in
Johannesburg, Durban and Lesotho.
The visa service company assists
travellers and agents to obtain visas
by providing them with application
forms, checklists and by arranging
appointments. The company also
assists with payment and visa
application submission, collection and
delivery and other ancillary services.
Travel agents who register on the
website will receive a dedicated login
and password, which is valid for all
consultants within one agency. Agents
are able to view visa fees and SVS
service fees and have the option of
adding a commission mark-up for their
services, says operations manager of
SVS International, Clifford Venkates.
