Ethiopian Airlines has introduced a no-show fee for restrictive classes of travel such as promotional or
lower RBDs. The fee will not apply to unrestricted classes of travel such as Y (economy) or C (business),
for instance. The fee will be a once-off charge that varies based on the class of travel and routing. With
the updated policy, passengers will be charged either the no-show penalty or the rebooking fee and date
change penalty, although all penalties are subject to class of travel and route. Ethiopian advises all BSP
ticket agents to charge applicable penalties to avoid ADMs
