Travel Counsellors has added direct connectivity to dynamic hotel inventory in its agent booking platform, Phenix.

The update will allow agents to access live hotel rates, including special offers and to view availability in real-time.

The latest update is part of an ongoing multimillion-dollar investment in technology by the ITC host company.

“The Phenix booking platform is a key component of our drive to ensure Travel Counsellors have real-time access to most relevant product so that they can, in turn, provide the absolute best outcomes for their clients, whether that is a holiday or a business trip,” said Marinda Ramalheiro, Marketing Manager at Travel Counsellors.
