Windstar will debut new Destination Discovery Events in January 2027 on Star Explorer’s inaugural season in Europe.
The complimentary experience is curated by Windstar for guests on selected voyages.
Highlights include wine tasting in Livorno’s Medici fortress, traditional singing in Dubrovnik’s 15th-century cloister and an evening visit to the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels.
In Bora Bora, guests can enjoy a sunset feast on a private motu, in Japan they can experience Edo-period traditions at the historic Ota Family Residence in Tomonoura, and in Iceland guests can listen to local folklore inside the glacier-blue church of Seydisfjordur.
