AI powers RateHawk support

RateHawk, a B2B online platform for booking hotels, flights and transfers, has accelerated its investment in AI, with agentic tools now handling around 50% of routine customer support requests. This is aimed at streamlining operations, improving response times and allowing teams to focus on complex, high-value tasks.

The company is investing heavily in AI-driven technologies such as smart search and a recommendation system. It is also applying AI to improve supply consolidation, localise content and identify potential booking issues. These steps help reduce errors, improve efficiency and bring new products and services to market faster.

The platform also reported a 40% year-on-year increase in the number of bookings per API in 2025. To support API growth and build long-term partnerships, the company plans to expand its supply and enhance technology to improve speed and stability.

“We’ll keep expanding our flexible approach, launching localised infrastructure and payment solutions, and investing in local talent. We also plan to introduce new products, starting with insurance, and continue developing features like our Quotes (Selection Tools) that help partners increase booking conversions via an automated offer-selling template,” said Astrid Kastberg, MD of RateHawk.

RateHawk provides access to 3,2 million accommodation options sourced from more than 250 000 directly contracted hotels and 350 global suppliers, along with flights from more than 400 airlines, transfers in more than 150 countries, rail tickets and car rental. In 2025, RateHawk’s annual nett booking value increased by 40% compared with 2024, while the number of bookings increased by 43% globally.
