Crystal Cruises has released new details of the speciality dining facilities for its newest ship, Crystal Grace, set to debut on June 11, 2028.
The dining facilities will include new outdoor options and returning favourites such as:
- Umi Uma: The speciality restaurant will return and feature signature Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. Located on Deck 5, the 84-seat restaurant will include a sushi bar available on a drop-in basis, while the main dining room will be available by reservation.
- Osteria d’Ovidio: Offering contemporary Italian dining, the restaurant is located on Deck 10, with seating for 68 guests indoors and 20 outdoors. The menu celebrates flavours of Italy across three distinct sections – Italia, Le Calandre and Venezia.
- Beefbar: This restaurant will showcase the modern steakhouse concept from some of the most exclusive cities, including Monaco, Paris and Mykonos. Located on Deck 10, it will feature 56 seats indoors and 58 outdoors, creating one of the most dynamic dining environments on the ship.
