New personalised app for Marriott

MARRIOTT International is
offering Marriott Rewards
members a personalised
app with customised
travel content, one-button
navigation, check-in/check-out
functionality and mobile room
keys.
Marriott has also expanded
the Mobile Key to 500 hotels
globally, giving Marriott
Rewards members flexibility
to check in on the app, skip
the front desk and go straight
to their room, using their
smartphone to open the door.
The app also allows guests
to chat directly with hotel
staff; view the most frequently
requested services and
amenities; and search places
of interest and up-coming
events near the hotel.
The Marriott Mobile app for
IOS is available in the Apple
App Store in English, Chinese,
Spanish, French and German.
Android users will soon be
able to download the app in
Google Play.
