One Order accreditation for stakeholders

IATA has launched its
certification of stakeholders
driving the development of
One Order.
The registry will list
airlines deploying One Order
communication messaging
and capability as well
as those vendors and IT
providers that offer One
Order solutions and services.
One Order is the concept
of a single customer order
record holding all data
elements obtained and
required for order fulfilment
across the air travel cycle.
This includes customer
data, order items, payment
and billing information,
fulfilment data and status.
It combines the PNR, ETK
and EMD into a single
record with the aim of
modernising the order
management process in the
airline industry, replacing the
multiple ticketing, delivery
and accounting methods with
NDC data communications.
SAP Customer Experience
was the first certified
player, and Sabre GLBL
Inc, Navitaire, SAP SE, JR
Technologies, ISO Software
Systeme GmbH are all now
accredited.
