Premier gets ‘Sorted’

PREMIER Hotels & Resorts has launched ‘Sorted’, a range of packaged business and leisure offers supported by a company-wide service approach to improve booking accuracy, coordination and delivery. ‘Sorted’ bundles accommodation with related services in packages designed for different types of travel. “The question guests are really asking has changed,” says Wayne Neath, Commercial Director of Premier Hotels & Resorts. “It’s no longer just ‘what’s included’; it’s ‘can I trust that this will just work?’ ‘Sorted’ is our answer to that and it only works if the experience behind it is real.” Corporate and group offerings include ‘All Sorted Business’, ‘Conference Sorted’, ‘Team Retreat Sorted’ and ‘Incentives Sorted’, while leisure packages include ‘Magical Moments’, ‘Honeymoon Sorted’, ‘Nature Wide. City Alive’ and ‘Weekend Sorted’. For business travellers, this could include accommodation, meals, laundry, workspace and transfers. Conference packages could combine venue hire, catering, accommodation, audio- visual requirements and breakaway spaces while leisure packages bring together accommodation, meals, activities and local experiences. Premier is also using the package range to encourage business and conference guests to return to its properties for leisure stays. Different offers will be introduced throughout the year to coincide with school holidays, conferences, celebrations and major sporting events. The initiative is supported by a company-wide focus on what Premier calls ‘Transactional Excellence’. This covers areas such as booking accuracy, response times, departmental handovers, room preparation, event delivery and following guest requests through to completion. “Premier’s future isn’t built on being the cheapest; it’s built on being the easiest to trust. Guests don’t experience a campaign; they experience whether the details were actually handled. If ‘Sorted’ means anything, it has to be earned in that moment, every time. That’s the standard we’ve set for ourselves and that’s what we’re asking the market to hold us to,” Neath says.
