SA Express will add another flight to its Johannesburg-Lubumbashi service, starting March 30.
The additional weekend flight will up the airline’s services on the route from six times weekly to daily, and will be operated by a 70-seat regional CRJ 700 aircraft.
The new Saturday flight will depart Johannesburg at 09h20, arriving in Lubumbashi at 11h45. The return flight departs Lubumbashi at 12h30, arriving in Johannesburg at 15h00.
“The introduction of this additional frequency is in response to high passenger demand on the route,” said SA Express Interim ceo, Siza Mzimela. The carrier also plans to further increase frequencies on the route at a later stage.
