SAA starts Lubumbashi flights

SAA’s inaugural direct flight between Johannesburg and Lubumbashi took off from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) and landed at Luano International Airport (FBM) on Monday, November 4.

The Airbus A320 departed Johannesburg at 10h50 and landed in Lubumbashi a little more than three hours later.

The new route’s schedule of five weekly flights from Mondays to Fridays accommodates both point-to-point and connecting passengers.

The flight schedule is as follows:

  • Flight SA50 departs JNB at 10h50 and arrives at FBM at 13h20.
  • Flight SA51 departs FBM at 14h10 and arrives at JNB at 17h50.
